i wonder what happens when you fail to save your partner in time
there are endings for that situation! ...although after the updates I think you'd have to try really hard to fail! I guess your best bet would be chaining Resting in The Lot if you wanted to see it? It's definitely not pleasant :o
Game does not load. This is shown in console logs.

I haven't been able to replicate this one :( maybe it's a browser issue; what browser are you using?
Firefox
I don't run into the issue using Firefox v138.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows
I didn't need to do any of this but maybe this thread could help?
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76689982/webgpu-on-firefox
I am using firefox ESR, sorry for not being specific
I'm back after the update! and I can say the game feels way smoother now. We all love stacking buffs on buffs on buffs, and it adds to the risk-reward of spending more days to stack more buffs for longterm benefit, or actually hunting for crinchures to make progress.
Baking also helps a lot for refining what you want, allowing you to spend some days gathering to hopefully skip more days of searching.
I did get all crinchures this time around! I am horrified by the implications of them becoming a weapon! why do we need so many swords I can only use like two at a time!
so delighted to see you back! only a terrible person would do such a thing with such cute lil' Crinchures!
what if...by the power of telekinesis you could use ALL OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME?! :O
Took three tries, but I finally got the good ending. Didn't realize there was a time limit until after my first run, where I, unfortunately, fell for the need to collect everything. (I also go incredibly lucky and got the unique one early on in the area. I did not have this luck again later.) And the second run I didn't realize there was going to be a second goal. I'm not sure if the year time limit actually applies to the second goal, but I was too stubborn about getting a good end that I just reset when I realized I wasn't going to get it in time.
Still it was fun enough that I played through two more times, def recommend using tryhard pretty much exclusively. Passive is almost useless without the extra crinchures active and then only for the normals, and the risky will fail often enough that it'll put you over the time limit easily. It did get very repetitive quick, but as this is a game jam game its understandable. The mall does feel almost unnecessarily big though, its A LOT of crinchures.
Edit: I did run into two issues, one is when picking a crinchure if you happen to click when its on top of a button on the map under it, it will automatically click it as well. The ended up wasting days as once you pick a location I couldn't find a way to go back, or worse, you can travel on accident wasting two days to get back. Second error is when you 100% the collection, at the very last crinchure, the pick a crinchure overlay will never leave, but you can still click buttons. reloading the page fixes this, but its still an issue.
wow, thank you SO MUCH FOR PLAYING ALL THE WAY!! I'm really honored!
I've been working on an update for the past few months and will be releasing it shortly, would love to hear what you think of the changes!
Right at the end there appears to be a bug. When you make the cure, the dialogue gets stuck on the textbox that ends with "... as you make your way back to The Lot." (Cut off the text to prevent spoilers) I've tried reloading, but it gets stuck in the same place each time.
noo :( I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm currently really deep in refactoring the game for the next update but I'll get this fixed as soon as I can. thanks so much for playing all the way to the end!
classic BlushingKitsuneBasket W. This game appeals and preys on my need for completionism, I've been here a couple of hours and maybe have 60% of them, I'm not sure I'll actually go for 100% but the idea is enjoyable.
Good writing, nice minigames, though it does get repetitive doing the same two ones over and over.
I started enjoying this game way more once I actually started using the "passive" options, doing a minigame each time is *slow*, and you can spam passives until you have 60-70% of Crichures usually. Though I'm worried there's a day limit for some kind of good ending.
tl;dr liked the game, love your style of art and storytelling as always, hope of seeing more of you <3
thanks for playing another!! always lovely to see you in the comments 💖 totally agree on the minigames, they're gonna be scrapped in the next version for more things to collect (I tried to remove them but...it really needs them for now!)
looking forward to seeing you again for v2!
Sides of the screen are a cut off in fullscreen mode.
thank you for the feedback!
eep- this game has taken an hour of my time, and i need to listen to my music! (time to mute my sound, listen to spotify, and get myself some CRINCHURES!!!) and, bonus: you need to make these into marketble plushies!
thank you so much for playing! we're working on an update so I hope to see you again in the future!
you're gonna be seeing a LOT of me!
Your browser detection is bad, it’s refusing to load even though my browser is FAR newer than the one it’s suggesting.
I don't have any browser detection built in :( It might be a security setting from itch.io or something? Thanks for the feedback though, I'll see if there's anything I can do on my end.
